Little Blue Macaron offers colorful and delicious scratch-made French macarons in a variety of flavors and for all occasions. Naturally gluten-free and featuring local ingredients when available. Five standard flavors offered weekly, with one rotating “flavor of the week,” and one rotating VEGAN flavor of the week!

Meet the talent behind Little Blue Macaron:
Allison Vick is a pastry chef and macaron lover born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She’s been passionate about baking & pastries all of her life, but only came to know and love the world of macarons after playing around with various recipes and designs
After graduating from North Carolina State University with dual degrees in Textile & Apparel Management and Spanish Language, Allison moved to Austin, Texas for a corporate job with a wonderful company in the field of international education. But after three years in a cubicle, she realized her passions were back with her beloved sweets, and she made the jump into the food service industry as a pastry cook/apprentice. She worked hard over the years to absorb as much information about the pastry arts as possible, and finally realized that her true calling was in macaron production and design.
Three years of recipe testing (and a whole lot of almond flour) later, Allison’s dream project – little blue macaron – is coming to life back in her home state. Allison is eager to introduce her home city to the world of the French macaron, while bringing some fun and color to the lively RTP area!
