Locals Seafood’s mission is to provide thoughtfully sourced NC seafood to the Triangle. By doing so, we hope to connect peopleto our coastal communities. We want to do our part to ensure these precious resources for future generations.
College friends Lin Peterson and Ryan Speckman founded Locals Seafood in 2010, and have grown from a side-of-the road stand into a distributor of NC seafood throughout the Triangle. We work with independent fisherfolk up and down the NC coast during all seasons. We cut, pack, and process the seafood here in Raleigh to provide the freshest and best product. We are proud of our team and hope to increase access to NC seafood in the years to come.
