VENDOR APPLICATION

WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR OUR 2024 TRADITIONAL SEASON FROM RETURNING VENDORS OR THOSE INVITED TO APPLY DIRECTLY BY THE MARKET MANAGER.  IF YOU ARE NOT IN ONE OF THESE CATEGORIES, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY AS YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The Cary Downtown Farmers Market Association is comprised of local residents who sell their products at the Cary Downtown Farmers Market. Our mission is to improve community health through access to local produce and educate the community about the benefits of eating fresh, local produce, meats, dairy, etc. We aim to promote the preservation of local farmland and sustainability while building bonds between residents of Cary and surrounding areas and their local farmers.

The Traditional Market season operates each Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 pm from April through October. The market is open rain or shine.

Please note that September 21, 2024 is our Farmers Fall Festival and included in our Traditional Season. It has a separate application process and current vendors are given priority.

***PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEB BROWSER SAFARI WHEN APPLYING AS IT MAY STOP APPLICATIONS FROM BEING SUBMITTED OR PAYMENT FROM GOING THROUGH ON PAYPAL. ALSO, MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED QUESTIONS (MARKED WITH AN *) OR THE APPLICATION WILL NOT SUBMIT PROPERLY.***

Required for Applying:

-$35 Non-refundable Application Fee for New Vendors; $25 Non-refundable Application Fee for Current Vendors.  This is required regardless of acceptance into Market.  This fee covers administration and operations of paperwork and document review. All applicants are required to pay the non-refundable application fee.

-Copy of your sales tax registration or signed exemption.

-Copy of applicable NC Dept of Agriculture Permits or Kitchen Inspections

Please Note: Applications submitted after January 14, 2024 and thru out the 2024 Season will only be considered if space is available and market is not already saturated with applicant’s vendor category.  

Each application is accompanied by a set of rules that govern the operation of the market. PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE SET OF RULES BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION.

Only complete applications will be considered.

The application fee can be paid via PayPal at the end of the application.
