VENDOR APPLICATION
WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR OUR 2026 TRADITIONAL SEASON FROM RETURNING VENDORS OR THOSE INVITED TO APPLY DIRECTLY BY THE MARKET MANAGER. IF YOU ARE NOT IN ONE OF THESE CATEGORIES, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY AS YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Requirements Before Applying:
- All vendors must grow or make the items they sell within 100 miles of our market. We do not allow resale at our market.
- All vendors must have proof of their NCDOR Sales & Use Tax Account ID number or Qualifying Farmer Exemption.
- All vendors must provide proof of current liability insurance in the amount of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate. A certificate of insurance (COI) with the market listed as the cert holder will be required upon acceptance.
- All vendors selling prepared food must have proof of a kitchen by the NC Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If you are selling shelf stables salsas, sauces, pickles, specific jams/preserves (low acid fruits like peppers, tropical fruits, and elderberries), or acidified foods, you will also need proof of laboratory testing as required by the Dept. of Agriculture. If you need to learn more about this, you can do so on the State’s website here. If you are unsure about what inspections you need or who to talk to, the NC State Extension also released a very useful food safety flyer for Farmers Markets and their vendors.
- We do not accept food trucks or allow generators at our market.
2026 Traditional Season Vendor Pricing/Packages:
- Traditional Season runs from April to October – total of 30 Saturdays (Farmers Fall Festival is on 9/19, see details below).
- ALL vendors, including Full Time, Guest, and Seasonal have to apply and pay the non-refundable application fee. $35 Application Fee for New Vendors; $25 Application Fee for Current Vendors. This is required regardless of approval/acceptance into Market. This fee covers administration and operations of paperwork and document review.
- Full Time (FT) Vendors Package Requirements:

- Must commit to 26 weeks (out of 30 weeks). Once vendors attend 26 markets, any remaining markets are free.
- Pay Package Price in full $575
- Guest Vendors – $30 per week of participation.
- Seasonal Produce Vendors will follow the same pricing structure as Full Time Vendors, however specific payment package must be discussed ahead of time with the Market Manager.
- If you wish to participate in the 2026 Farmers Fall Festival on 9/19/26, you must reserve your spot on your application. We will be accepting outside vendors for this event, so we will be booking all remaining space based on the number of market vendors who have reserved their spot. If you are a full-time vendor, your space will be reserved automatically unless you note otherwise. The event will be longer than our normal market and run 6 hours.

Please Note: Applications submitted after December 20th, 2025 and thru out the 2026 Season will only be considered if space is available and market is not already saturated with applicant’s vendor category.
Each application is accompanied by a set of rules that govern the operation of the market. PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE SET OF RULES BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION.
Only complete applications will be considered.
The application fee can be paid via PayPal at the end of the application.
