Festival Information:

The Cary Downtown Farmers Market invites you to be a craft vendor at our 3rd annual Farmers Fall Festival. This is a fundraiser to support our nonprofit weekly farmers market. The mission of the market is to bring fresh produce, meats and dairy products to the citizens of Cary and to create a place in Downtown that residents wish to be a part of. The festival will take place along West Chatham Street and Ivey-Ellington grounds in Downtown Cary. The event celebrates the harvest season when our farmers are bringing in their fall bounty during the first crisp days of fall. There will be live music on the main stage, a kids performance area, fun games and interactive exhibits, local food and craft beer, art & crafts and a mid-day pie-eating contest. We have a limited capacity for vendors. Reserve your spot now!

 

 

Vendor Craft Information:

A $15 application fee is due with this paperwork to be considered as a vendor. Confirmation notices will be emailed out by August 1. The $50 Vendor Fee is due no later than August 30 or your spot will be forfeited. Space is limited and we reserve the right to pick the mix of vendors that will be the biggest draw, but will also allow you to have the best experience.

  • Craft space is $50 for a 10’ x 10’ booth space.
  • Handmade crafts – no resale allowed.
  • Vendors limited to 40 total.
  • We do not provide equipment, tents, tables or chairs, or display materials. Vendors need to secure their own exhibit space materials. We also will not supply power.
  • Tents should be secured. Tents will be on pavement or concrete.
  • All booth spaces will be pre-assigned to vendors.
  • Set-up will take place between 7am and 8:30 am. Breakdown will begin no earlier than 3pm.
  • All vendors must be open for business from 9am – 3pm. No early departures.
  • All vehicles will be barred from the festival area from 9am – 3pm for pedestrian safety.
  • All exhibitors must be out of the festival area within 2 hours of the show ending time.
  • The festival will be held rain or shine. If a dangerous amount of rain or wind is predicted, we have secured a rain date of Sunday, Sept 29, 2019. Please keep that date available. The festival committee reserves the right to close early due to extreme weather conditions.
  • No refund if event is held and vendor does not attend.

No cancellations after August 31, 2019.  $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
