Our goal is to bring healthy, tasty and all natural Sourdough Breads to everyone. Sourdough is the original method of baking bread, dating as far back as 5000 years. The sourdough process uses natural leavening agent, Sourdough Starter, made with water & flour. This leads to slower fermentation which develops amazing flavors, unlocks nutrients from wheat and makes the gluten more digestible.

I have been baking for a little over 3 years now, but I have dreamt of owning & operating a bakery/café forever. I am a self-taught baker with no formal culinary training but many-many teachers that I have learnt from.
