The dinkers® mission is to provide meaningful professional development opportunities to neurodivergent young adults.

We saw a need and made it our mission to help fulfill it. Devon has worked with NeuroDev since 2019, helping college-aged neurodivergent adults gain independence. Anna has grown up around the autism community through her sister Kat, who is on the autism spectrum. So when the time came for us to start a business, it was important to build it in a way that would meet the development needs of our job-seeking neurodivergent friends.

Now, why nuts? In order for us to provide meaningful professional development opportunities to the neurodivergent community, we needed a product that can meet a diverse set of needs. Glazed nuts made sense. Students who need more hands-on experience can roast and package, those who need more customer service experience can work the order counter at events, the tech wizards can work their magic on the website.
