All products are hand-made in our inspected facilities using locally sourced, selected ingredients. We specialize in home-made baked specialties following a Japanese traditional low-temp & long-term fermentation method that yields a uniquely rich and soft product. Yukiya’s catalog includes handheld treats like: MELON-PAN, CREAM-PAN, CINNAMON-ROURU, ROLL-PAN, AN-PAN, and the famous SHOKU-PAN, which is an ultra-soft and rich loaf bread.
