We love our Farmers Market Family!

First and foremost, I hope this note finds you all healthy and safe. We are all navigating through an unprecedented time in our lives which has raised anxiety and uncertainty in many of us. All we can do is take care of ourselves and our families the best we can and stay diligent with the guidelines provided to us by the CDC.

As you may know we are currently operating in our traditional market season! Leah Smith, our market manager, along with the Board has worked hard to obtain new vendors, including additional farmers and crafters. However, until further notice our traditional market season will be unlike any others we have ever had.

When you come to the CDFM for the foreseeable future and only find a limited number of vendors, no activities, music or Chef’s Corner please understand it is by design and is for everyone’s safety and health. Besides these limitations, please know the CDFM will continue to spread the vendors out and design the lines to these vendors in a way that maintains adequate social distancing, as well as placing an additional table in front of their stand in order to keep patrons from being to close to the merchandise and vendor. We will also continue to provide hand sanitizer, as long as it’s available. We strongly encourage you to only come to the market if you are healthy and please try to limit your time on site to get what you need and then move on.

The staff and Board of the Cary Downtown Farmers Market are honored to continue to serve our community during this unprecedented time and greatly appreciate your support and patronage. Please know we are taking every safety precaution we can and working closely with the Town of Cary to ensure we are following all the necessary protocols.
